Basic Circle / Ellipse Generator

it make circles if X and Y got the same number and it makes ellipse if its not.

How to install

Edit --> preferences --> Add extension --> Apply

To find this after installing 

Edit --> keyboard shortcut(ctrl+alt+shift+k) --> Type EllipseGenerator -->Click it --> Then Add a key

Note: This only works on RGB color mode. it runs error on indexed or greyscale
